Exhibitor Services
* Commerce will utilize the "Border to Show" customs process for the
event. Goods will be cleared at the event's site. We will post all required
securities and bonds with the Canada Revenue Agency (Canada
Customs).
* We will provide convenient "One-Stop" assistance for exhibitors.
Complete Customs and Transportation services charged in one invoice.
* We will provide for you our "Customs and Transportation" kit in an
electronic format (pdf). this brochure contains the required
blank transportation and/or customs forms with completed examples
of each form to simplify their completion.
* We will contact each exhibitor by telephone and/or e-mail to discuss
their requirements for transportation and assist them in completing their
customs documents.
* We will provide experienced on site personnel at the show to discuss
your in-bound and out-bound requirements.
* We will meet those exhibitors who are hand-carrying displays goods via
airline or driving through border crossing points in a private vehicle and
assist them with customs clearances.
* We will interview each exhibitor at the event to obtain instructions on
the disposition of their goods (export information, sale, storage after
the event and returm to point of origin).
* We will arrange to clear all exhibitor's freight back through U.S. customs
through our U.S. Affiliates.
* We will follow up with event exhibitors to insure their goods return to
the proper destination in a timely manner.
* We offer international and domestic LTL/Full load truck freight/
International and Domestic airfreight/ Local cartage and Ocean freight.
* We will provide discounted and preferred time delivery freight services
in all modes of transportation.
* We provide "Real time" tracking for all shipments (In-bound and
out-bound) when required.
* We offer "Low Cost" insurance coverage for exhibitor's freight.
* We will supply shipping labels for all your crates and cartons.
