Event Manager Services
* Obtain official recognition of your event by the Canada Border
Services Agency (Customs) including authorization to
utilize the "Border to Show" system where all shipments
are cleared at your event's site.
* We will post all securities and bonds with the Canada Border
Services Agency to cover all the customs requirements for you
and your exhibitors.
* We will assist the Show Manager with any of their own
Customs & Transportation needs at a significantly reduced cost.
* We will furnish information to exhibitors regarding Customs
& Inmigration regulations, as well as our full compliment
of transportation services.
* We will provide our "Customs and Transportation" kit for your
exhibitor manual in an electronic mail format (pdf) or hard
copy if required. This brochure contains the required blank
customs and transportation forms with completed examples
of each form to simplify their completion.
* We will contact each Exhibitor via e-mail and/or telephone
to assist them with customs forms completion and/or
their transportation needs.
* We will provide our "On Hand List" to show management
amd your appointed decorator with updates on Exhibitor's
freight (how are they shipped, arrivals at Advance Warehouse,
visual conditions of shipments).
* We will provide experienced personnel on-site, from the first
move-in day throughout the show, until final move-out day.
Our service desk personnel will be outfitted with blackberry
technology to allow 24 hour accessibility for you and
your Exhibitors.
